How to use the Tools
A guide to the Accessibility Bar.
Where are the tools?
Look at the very top of the screen. There is a black bar.
This is the Accessibility Toolbar. You can use these buttons to make the website easier to use.
1. Read Aloud
Button Name: Read Aloud
What it does: The computer reads the text to you.
How to use:
- Click the button to Start listening.
- Click the button again to Stop listening.
2. Focus Ruler
Button Name: Focus Ruler
What it does: It highlights one line at a time.
How to use:
- Click the button.
- Move your mouse. The bright bar follows you.
- This helps you focus on reading.
3. Make Text Bigger
Button Name: A, A+, A++
What it does: Makes the letters bigger or smaller.
- A = Normal size.
- A+ = Big size.
- A++ = Very Big size.
4. High Contrast
Button Name: High Contrast
What it does: Changes colors to Black and Yellow.
This helps people with low vision see the words clearly.
5. Change Language
Button Name: Select Language
What it does: Changes English to Hindi.
Click the box and choose Hindi to read in your language.
